In front of a mirror

The "chevalier" in front of a mirror

Now, as you gaze into the mirror, realize that before you lies an image of thyself, another version of thy being. Behold the first battle with the first knight. A knight painted upon a tomb, for he believes he does much, yet in truth, he is but a slave to his duties. In this moment, thou shalt choose to absorb his strengths, to release the shackles of obligation and enter into a state of being, widening thy gaze.

Let him cease his combat, ally with thee, and surrender, bestowing upon thee the resources he guards, for he is naught but a painting compelling thee to repeat the same day over and over. Now, look anew before thee and as thou dost, become aware of thy self that oft angers, that reacts too swiftly - a wild lion unchained. Here again, choose to harness his powers, to be the master of thy own consciousness, deciding the when and the how.

And in this awareness, a different sensitivity awakens within thee. Now, in this moment, let go of all thought. Breathe in, breathe in, breathe in, empty completely, breathe in, breathe in, breathe in, then empty completely, entering into a new self. And now, what thou seest before thee is the part of thyself that thinks incessantly. That self before thee, always in thought, and thou shalt choose to utilize its resources, to decide when to think, to act. As thou continue to gaze forward, what thou seest is thyself, ever immersed in passions, in pursuits.

Decide to be, to conquer, and to claim the resources as the weapons of this self, thus gaining the power to decide upon thy life in various situations, turning these passions into energy henceforth. In this stance, it is as if from the right hand energy flows to the left, lifting thy hands horizontally, like crosses, from the right hand energy flows to the left, then descends to the right foot, from the right foot it rises to the third eye and then descends to the left foot, and from the left foot it returns to the right hand, leaving both hands in yin and yang positions, one facing upwards, the other downwards.

Again the circuit flows to the other hand, descending from the left to the right foot, from the right foot to the third eye, from the third eye to the left foot, from the left foot to the right hand, and again from the right hand to the left, from the left hand to the right foot, from the right foot to the third eye, from the third eye to the right leg, to the left leg, from the left leg to the right hand. And now, thou art connected, heaven and earth, visible with the immutable. Now thou art in touch with thyself, and in this moment, thou hast passed the most vital steps and decided to move forward with thyself. Lower thine arms when thou wishest, close thine eyes, and as thou breathes in and out, breathe in through thine eyes and the air exits from the top of thy head, breathe in through thine eyes and as the air exits, it activates a higher chakra, a higher chakra. Gather now thy hands above thy head at this higher chakra, then let them descend upon thyself, bringing down the energy within thee. Now thou hast chosen to be present, to move forward, to be thyself, and in this moment, thou canst access, no longer fearing death, for it holds no fear for thee. In this moment, breathe in feeling thy feet and breathe out, breathe in feeling thy legs and breathe out, breathe in feeling thy pelvis and breathe out, breathe in feeling thy lower torso and breathe out, breathe in feeling thy upper torso and breathe out, breathe in feeling thy head and breathe out. And now continue and feel, bringing thy joined hands to the 'oara', holding them there, let thyself feel a sense of presence rising from the 'oara' towards thy head, let this sensation unfold and continue thus, stop, visual, auditory, kinesthetic, feeling the foot of the body connecting to the earth, to the heavens, and now in this moment, beneath the vault of the sky, as if reassembling the shattered parts, the light visual, auditory, kinesthetic, end, stop."

Runic thinking

It's fascinating that within the narrative of the Grail, amidst Celtic, Christian, and various other origins, one can discern symbols that appear identical to those found in various Norman runes. It's as if there lingers a memory of the Normans and their worldview. Here are the runes we find:

Tyr - the sword but also its brilliance

Isaz - the spear

Algiz - the deer that becomes a man

Thurisaz - the hammer

Sig - implied - the energy

Ehwaz - the horse

Raidho - the journey

Othalan - or ring - mentioned multiple times

The forest the tree (berkanan)

Fylgya runes Ehwaz, Algiz, Uruz, and even Kenaz.

I will progressively publish more content and complete putting all the elements together. I feel the second continuation is really an hidden precise manual. While Prof Sansonetti clearly outlined the symbology of each step it had not such an experience as I have to know exactly which exercise corresponds to each steps. I already worked following the map proposed by Wauchier de Denain with different people and myself getting wonderful results.
